A great way to check a motorcoach company’s safety is to check their DOT Safety Rating. The highest rating is satisfactory. Other lower possible ratings include conditional, not rated, and unsatisfactory. We also have also added recently our AssurCleaning service.

All of our drivers have CDLs (commercial drivers licenses). Our drivers are here to serve you in a helping and friendly manner. Our drivers are required to pass continuing education as part of their requirement as well.
If we deem that the safety of our clients and/or drivers are at risk, we reserve the right to cancel.
Our drivers are required to conduct a Pre-trip inspection prior to the departure of any charter and a Post-trip inspection at the conclusion of said trip. Our maintenance staff conducts inspections regularly. We are certified/inspected annually by the State Motor Carrier Compliance Officer (GADPS).

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the departure date. If the charter party cancels after the period specified, we reserve the right to assess a charge up to 50% of the tariff charges, plus whatever expenses may have been incurred.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders, and checks. These should be made payable to Georgia Coach Lines. All credit card payments will be subject to a 4% service fee.
The charter party is responsible for all entrance fees, tolls, and parking fees.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking to reserve our equipment.
Yes, for overnight trips, it is customary to reserve and pay for the driver’s room.
The balance (less deposit paid) is due 14 days prior to the trip’s departure date.
Our drivers do not solicit tips. Driver’s gratuity is based on the level of service provided. Customary gratuity is 10% of the total charter amount.
Smoking is not allowed on the motorcoach. Alcohol is permitted provided that all passengers are of the legal drinking age. Only plastic or aluminum containers are allowed. Coolers are not allowed in aisle or on seats and in most cases must be placed under the coach in the baggage bin area. In some cases, a security deposit is required.
